Good CPU cooler for a E4300 + DS3P?

Crikey, didn't expect to come back today and see so many replies!! Thanks for all that advice, the Arctic 7 Pro sounds just about perfect to me. I like the idea somewhere down the line of having one of these clunky yet impressive looking heatsinks, but to get going I just want to protect my cpu really, will worry about noise later....... in the meantime i'll wear earmuffs :D
 
Right, I'm gonna get one of these Arctic Pro 7s in the next few days, can anyone tell me if I also need to buy some thermal paste? And if so which one? Cheap would be good :)

the acf7 pro has some mx-1 pre applied which is good, just make sure to clean all the old stuff off CPU first
