good cpu cooler

hi,does anyone know a good cpu cooler to get ?
i have a p190 case and a ds3 mobo with a conroe 2.4ghz cpu.
im after a cooler that bolts on to the mobo as i dont like the clip ones as my freezer pro wasnt all that good for clips.

for botl on ones just go for the big bad boys like the tuniqe. all the big heavy ones require instalation with mobo out of case and being bolted on

The tuniq towe is a beast keeps my E2160 clocked to 3GHzat 41 degrees running othos.

I thought fitting it was going to be a nightmare but with the motherboard out it is quite straightforward.

keeps temps down and is not too noisy

i am sure about the tuniqe as it has good reviews.
but will it fit on my ds3 mobo ?
