Good CPU Fan for AM2 3200x2?

Hey guys, I built my gf's uncle a PC a year or 2 ago, Asus KVM Motherboard and Socket AM2 AMD x3200, the stock cooler has now reached the levels of beyond acceptable noise, the cooling its providing is fine, so i'm just after a cheapish alternative that'll not cost too much (Upto ~£15), provide similar/greater cooling with a lot less noise!

Have been out of the loop for a while now, so any advice on this would be good!

Something like this akasa would be a nice alternative to stock cooling.

some large heat sinks can passivly cool cpu if at stock

no fan no noise...... but wheres the fun in that

Don't tempt me! might end up throwing one on my own E6300 at stock just to shush things a bit!

Whats a good age to replace AS5? Got a 2 year old tube sitting here...hmm

Shame OcUK don't stock compressed air, could have put some in with my order!

what u want compressed air for ? cleaning? carefull of static if so. duno about the AS5, just hope hasnt hardened on u etc if go to use it
