Hey. After playing quite a lot of indoor football recently, I'm starting to come to the conclusion that my current trainers aren't really up to the job. I don't want to spend loads on new trainers, as I'll be heading back to uni soon, but I do need something. So wondering if people can recommend some decent trainers for indoors, that offer plenty of cushioning. Budget of about £30, but can go higher for something if it's worth it.
I mention cushioning because the pains I get after playing always seem to be the joints in my knees, as if they've been constantly pounded (which they have I guess). Maybe cushioning isn't what I need, and it's my technique, or something else, so any help there is also appreciated.
