Good customer service from a mobile provider?

I always seem to hear about how bad pretty much every service providers' customer service is; has anyone ever had any really good experiences?

Personally I'm quite happy with Vodafone swapping out my phone the next day as soon as I said it was dodgy. Twice!
 
o2 i've found very helpful and efficent apart from in the area of billing, where they still can't sort out my gprs usage.

apart from that i can't fault them really.
