i am able to get the following rig for £200 and was wondering if its a good deal or not

Maxtor 250GB SATAII 8MB Cache
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Socket AM2 (2.2GHz) Energy Efficient 1MB L2 Cache
ECS NFORCE6M-A V2.0 Socket AM2 nForce 520LE 6 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard
2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz PC2-6400 RAM
Sumvision 400W 20+4pin
7600GT 256mb Graphics Card
Generic Black Case

To be used for casual gaming (WoW, Source Engine stuff, WC3, COH etc)

I know its nothing special, I just want to know if its good bang for buck.

Im not a hardcore gamer, but the games i do play, i would like to play with a bit more oomph then my aging 1.2ghz athlon, 1gig ddr ram and radeon 9700 128mb AGP rig.

Also im not looking to break the bank, as i have other things to save up for :)
 
Thats quite a good system really. And its a good one to upgrade later on. Its AM2 rather than s939, DDR2 intead of DDR1 (and has 4 slots) And its PCI-Express (16x aswell) instead of AGP. 2 gig and a 2.2ghz dual core is still good enough for most things. Stick a 3850pro in there later and you're laughing.

Well it is certainly bang for buck. As posted above you ever find its a bit slow on the games side just still a new graphics card in there. :) If your not looking to spend too much on a PC as well then you are certainly not gonna beat that spec for £200! sounds like you should go for it in this case!
