Intel Core 2 Duo E2140 1.6 ghz CPU

2gb PC5300 Geil Ram with silver heatspreader

Wireless Keyboard and thumbstick Mouse combo

Enermax 400w liberty modular psu

Silverstone Lascala SST-LC13B

All the above for £240? (I am buying it, just want to make sure its a good price :) )

Anyone else? Going to pick it up tonight and need to know its a good deal really...all components 4 months old.

I could build a very similar spec for the same.. it's not exactly a bargain..

But as you said, you're allready set on getting it :)

You can get the same, or slightly better for about £290-£300 new (just done a rough calculation on OCUK's prices for the same or similar kit) so its down to whether or not the £50-60 saving for a 4month old pc is enough and also its prebuilt :)

If that comes with an operating system then i think it's ok.

Nice quality of components and the price seems fairly reasonable.

Case and power supply especially.

I built a system just below that spec but with a 7800gt for gaming. Only slight negatives were a cheapy psu and case. All in it came to £170 so the price you're getting that for is ok.

The case is the most impressive part of the deal, the rest is decent enough but I'd see if I could haggle them down a little on the price. You are unlikely to be able to overclock all that much with that setup. :)

I'd say it's ok. If you want that kind of spec and it's pre built then you're good to go... does it come with an operating system?

no, but i have one spare...It's basically going to be used to show 1080p .mkv files through HDMI. Would that be a good spec for that?

Got him down to £230 in the end which I though was ok. Insatlled the OS and copied nearly 500GB worth of stuff from two different HD's onto it...Took an absolute age, but got there eventually. Once I get my HDMI cable, I'll try and post some pics :)
