Good defrag software?

doesn,t win 8 have a built in defrag ?
Yeah but its saying 7 hours for a hardrive with only ~100gb used?
http://www.piriform.com/defraggler is ok, but I'm not sure if it is for Windows 8.

Ultradefrag. Tried most of those listed in this thread, but they never cut the mustard for me. I do a defrag every month or so, and after the first pass Ultradefrag always has less to defragment than the rest - which tells me that it has done a good job in the first place.
Use the OS one, defrag is not as important now as it use to be, the OS ones have improved dramatically. There's little point installing more on your PC in order to sort out fragmentation when the OS on Windows 7 and 8 manage it fine.
By all means if you need a third party program to pat you on your back every week/month for absolutely nothing feel free.
Haven't even considered defrag since moving to Windows 7, it'd be like tweaking autoexec and config.sys files on the OS
