The dude who delivers parcels to me is the best.

He was stood outside for a good 10 minutes ringing the bell and shouting through the letter box while I was in the shower, lol. Better than most who knock once and start writing out a "Sorry we missed you" card before you even have chance to get to the door :)

What a dude!!

Just thought I'd share. Cool story, etc.

Royal Mail parcel man turned up this morning at 8.50 with an almighty bang on the door. I thought he was just going to come straight through it and give it to me in bed!

I was very impressed, usually they don't knock or knock so quietly and then leg it by the time I've put some pants on they are halfway down the street.

Our postie is the opposite he just.....'Sorry we missed you, if you'd like to collect the rest of your post it is waiting for you at your nearest mod's office'....

Dammit not again.

I remember somebody knocking at my door in the morning, and I just couldn't be bothered to answer it. Then I looked out of the window to see the royal mail van driving away (at this point, I remembered I ordered something), so I rush out of the door, sprinted after the van and waved my hands around to catch his attention. I can safely say, that he stopped and I received my parcel.

And you realized you were still naked...

When I was back in the UK the City Link driver that always delivered to me was great, if you were out he'd put his mobile number on the "you were out" card so you could call him and he would make a detour back to you later in his shift.

OP - that is one nifty sig!

:p

Maybe he wanted to be more than just your postie ;)

It's always good to see someone who actually goes out of the way for others and makes an effort.
