Good earplugs?

I know there is loads of recommendations already, but I went through a phase where I couldn't sleep due to noise and actually went through around 40 different pairs as couldn't find any that would work or stay in properly.

In the end I came across Heartech silentear and have never looked back. Also easy to wash due to the material and never come out.

I saw this thread title the other day and thought...'That's a doozy!'.

I've skipped reading it though, and was hoping someone could catch me up?

Basically there are two questions in this thread which are:
1) Decent earplugs to cut out all the noise of noisy neighbours
2) Decent earplugs that still let all the frequency's through while listening to loud music

Hopefully number 2 has been answered by myself and I'll be trying them out on stage tonight.

If that isn't your answer you replied in the wrong thread.

Do yourself a favour and get some like I bought above.
They let the high frequencies through so everything isn't muffled.
I used them at my Mothers yesterday who also has the TV on 100.

Placed an order; hope they're as good as you say ;) For £12.49 it's worth a shot. And I figure I can wear them under my headphones, allowing me to block the TV and listen to (quiet) music at the same time!

Some nasty stories about people getting them stuck in their ear canals tho...

Can anybody recommend the best earplugs specifically for blocking out snoring noise? I'm a snorer and unfortunately my girlfriend is an EXTREMELY light sleeper and she pretty much hates me every morning at the moment! She has been using some cheap ones she picked up from somewhere like boots, but they aren't blocking enough sound for her.

I use Moldex 35db Sparkplugs.

Brilliant for a good night's sleep and I can still just about hear my alarm go off so I don't sleep through it.

Just make sure you fit them correctly like any other ear plug.

Squeeze them and roll them, then insert.
