Hello :D

Is there any logo software available that makes decent looking logos? All the ones I've tried make logos that look poor!

I just want some software that will make a proper normal company logo and not something that will make a crazy random useless logo if you get what I mean?

Cheers for any help!

Mike

A logo can't be just manufactured, the whole point of a logo is to reflect the company in one image.

What does the company do? What is their concept? Go from there.

Adobe Photoshop is perfectly capable of creating logos, alternatives are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Fireworks and Corel Paintshop Pro.

(sorry)

Asking for software that creates a decent logo is like asking for software that writes decent code. It's kinda the person who's operating the software that has input into that kind of thing.

Hmm, it's like looking for software that writes decent music. Design is relative to the purpose it's trying to serve and message it's trying to give. You know, art. Unfortunately (Fortunately, I think) software can't "feel" and, as such, anything that creates a logo is bound to be crappy.

Well, unless you find software that's going to let you input thousands of variables and rules. Not likely.

Get Photoshop, do millions of tutorials then fish around for logo ideas all over the internet. Then, attempt, but don't blatantly copy somebody elses design. That's trés rude.
