good email shot web software needed

first things first, outlook is out of the question

I want something to be web based (preferably be able to integrate into a site), to store email addresses (people who have asked for a subscription to a newsletter) and then to allow a mailshot to these people. Must be web based so the same list can be updated / shotted from either home or work.
