NVIDIA® GeForce® 9600M GT GPU

Total Graphics Memory
Total available graphics memory of Approx. 2280MB* with dedicated GDDR3 Video Memory of 512MB

could this run the modern warfare 2 and supcom 2 when it comes out =]

so its 512mb memory, i've seen one of these on an acer laptop costing £600
It ran far cry 2 on medium settings and crysis on low

I'd imagine you'd be able to play those games albeit NOT on maximum or with antialiasing

AA basically blurs the jaggies out. You want it if you can run it, but it gives a big performance hit the higher the resolution and the worse the graphics card.

My 8600M GT w/ 256MB plays most stuff happily at 1440x900 / 1280x720. Except Crysis of course so you should be fine. Won't be able to crank it up to max of course.
