Nope, but having the ability to use the onboard GFX solution is handy if you sell the card/s or have a suspected GFX issue.

Mostly depends on the CPU, but they all seem to do 4.5GHz, and if it can't then you have been massively unlucky.

The £90 board does have a higher quality power delivery system for the CPU and better build quality/components as its part of the "Ultra Durable 3" range from Gigabyte.
