Good Fan Controller?

I'm looking to add a decent fan controller to my setup so I can manually control the speed rather than relay on my motherboard, which seems to want to go with slow/fast with nothing in between.

Yes. I used a Zalman ZM-MFC1+ (still have it), also good. I'd go with the Lamptron if I had to choose between the two. Scythe Kaze-Master is an old classic, and similar to the Lamptron.
