Hi Guys,

Do any of you use other good  forums that are completely enterprise I.T. focused, covering a large range of topics?

I am looking for ways to improve my general overall knowledge of various common systems and issues.

Thanks.

The first thing that comes to mind about Spiceworks is the guy that encourages people to build whitebox storage boxes when they come in asking about actual supported systems without knowing a thing about their circumstances or environment is held up as some sort of deity. This tarnishes the rest of the community as far as I care. There was also a thread where they slammed the price of Unitrends backup appliances for the cost/TB ratio, completely forgetting that the value was in the software and not having to pay per-target licenses for backup and the hardware was just a place for it to live.

My usual haunt is SH/SC on SA.

Some of the IT subbreddits can be good too. Just stay away from the general fix my pc ones. I like /r/sysadmin , /r/networking , /r/homelab , /r/homenetworking
