Good FREE download server?

I've got a few uni files I need to send to a friend tonight. He lives on the other side of London so giving them to him via USB isn't the best option.
I can compress all the files into a 200mb zip file. What's the best free download server I can upload to for him to download?

have used rapidshare, megaupload, both give good speeds, but prefer megaupload as i can easily max out on speed

mediafire or zippyshare? prefer rapidshare.com tho.

I like box. Good speeds, intuitive interface, and simple. It was better when completely free though, because now the free account is limited to 1GB and 25MB files. Now I only use it for uploading work from school to download at home if I forget my memory stick.
