Good free screen recording app?

Hello I need to record a webex i am viewing today, so need to capture both video and audio, can anyone recommend a good free bit of software to do this? the webex is around 30 mins longs

I used to use Bandicam for recording of gaming sessions it's capable of recording both what's on screen and audio.

hmmm bandicam only lets you record for 10mins on free, will try OBS

OBS but make sure to fine tune the settings. By default recording quality is quite low.

The beauty of shadow play id that it can record 1080p at 60fps without touching performance. A desktop video really needs to be full refresh rate or it will look jumpy.

NvEnc (Shadowplay) option is available in OBS.
