Good GPU for CS5..Silent...

Have an old GPU in my current setup, which is silent, think its an older Ati card, but notcing CS5 can stutter scaling some images about..im assuming that because CS5 was using the GPU more, maybe my graphics card is not keeping up...

Any good recommendations?
