Good guide/basic settings for 4770k?

So here's my spec I'm getting today:

Intel Core i7-4770K 3.50GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail
TeamGroup Vulcan RED 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-17100C11 2133MHz Dual Channel Kit (TLD316G2133HC11ADC01)
Asus MAXIMUS VI FORMULA, Intel Z87

All will be watercooled, is there any good basic setup guides for a decent overclock? I'm currently on a i7 950 @4.2Ghz, so am familiar with some things, but not others

Im moving it all into a Carbide 540, watercooled CPU/GPU/Mobo so plenty of cooling (360+240) rad with Gentle Typhoons controlled by my Aquaero 5 XT

Can't wait to build it, mostly new stuff, but building into a new case is always fun.

I thought the idea was you disable them to ensure the overclock is stable/within good temps, then you can enable them again after?

Just a quick basic picture, not overclocked or anything yet, but I have very very nice temps

Hmm, I read the red slots are for the dual channel? Not gonna lie it was just a quick install to get running, I'll get changing it all when I get the new cables, and then overclock it

Presume 2 + 4 are the black ones?

I think the Red ones would be more optimal due to being closer to the CPU, whether or not that makes any difference I have NO idea.

Ordered some more Bitfenix cables and Lighting, full pics tomorrow
