What do people recommend for a good guide on this? I can find a lot of people recommending it, but no one actually breaking down what to do and when/how?
I understand the basics, i.e short warm up, then high pace cardio>normal pace till HR drops> High pace rinse and repeat.
Any pointers appreciated.
