Currently using my 775 stuff at the moment with a q9550 which i'll probably sell, just need to know if this spec is any good/compatible with each other? I have an antec 900, 4870 1gb gpu, optical drive and w7 retail to go with that spec.

Nope. You could just buy your motherboard and cpu etc seperate and then overclock your self. Very easy and you save money. Also, you could change your psu to a better one such as corsair 750w modular. 7 year warrenty is flawless and only £115 or £125.
