As per title I'm looking for a decent ADSL Ethernet modem, it will be used with a SA 520W if that makes any difference.

Good call - as you just need the modem side of things, you might want to research what kit is at the exchange and get a modem that contains a chipset from the same manufacturer.
For instance, I think I remember that Be* DSLAMs use Broadcom chipsets, thus meaning you can often get a slightly higher sync rate through using a broadcom chipset equipped modem.
