Good integrated CarPC software

My brother has created a carPC for his hyundai coupe and hes now having the trouble of finding some easy to use touchscreen software that allows him to do the following:
GPS
Video/Music
Radio stations.

Currently its a decent spec 1.73Ghz dual core mobile, 2GB ram and plenty of harddrive space, all this is running on windows 7 atm which i think is ott but it runs fine. Anyway is there any software out there that makes using the CarPC easier

anyone else have any recommendations at all? it doesnt even have to be fully intergrated, it could just be a front for opening apps within windows.
