Good jQuery latest post slider for WP

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good jQuery slider type plug-in that will display say the most recent 3 posts from a certain category on Wordpress? Like in a box with an image from the post and an overlay with the title and description in text.

I've been searching for days and I can't get any of them to work. Should a pre-made plug-in need linking to a .js library somewhere?

I'm quite new to Javascript so I might need a few things spelling out for me

Something like this? YOu can also Google the s3Slider plugin too.

That looks spot on mate, I'll try and integrate it into my theme and report back

Edit: Is it available as a Wordpress plug-in? Would be easier as it looks like a lot of code to do it manually.

I had used vSlider WP plug-in but the images didn't slide, it just stopped on the first one.

There are few wp themes floating about that use the slider. I imagine you'd need to edit a few theme files to get it working as you're displaying posts in a different way.
