Is this a good keyboard and mouse set for gaming?

I'm looking to buy it on Amazon (obviously I can't include a link). It seems good the only concerns I have are comments about Windows 10 and USB 3.0 problems
I do have a budget, I'm not looking an amazing pro keyboard just somethhing good for casual gaming till I can upgrade my PC
