Good Load Temp with E6300?

I'm on stock voltage right now and overclocked to about 2.6 ghz. I got a Arctic Cooler and right now, using Orthos, my temp's are averaging about 56 degrees. I'm going to try and get it to 2.8 Ghz by the end of the day. What sort of temp limit should I be looking at before I stop?
 
Is the Tuniq that much better than the AC 7 Freezer Pro? £20 more and it's 15-20 degrees cooler?? Or are you using other fans? Cause the only other fan I have is right behind my AC7, blowing the air out. I have no intake fans.
 
I see. Well I'm using CoreTemp right now and I just upped the overclock to 2.8GHz (I know, my impatience will be my downfall). I'm running Orthos again and the temps are 55-58 degrees. I just loaded up TAT as well and it's saying the 2nd core is running at a few degrees lower than the first core.. Is that normal??
