Currently got 4 x 1GB DDR2 BalistiX Tracer RAM

BSODS i've been getting:

Memory_management
Page_Fault_in_non_paged_area
NTFS.sys
Bad_pool_caller
PFN_list_corrupt
System_service_Exception
Reference_by_pointer

I've got memory_management three times (Most common)

what is the best way to identify the bad stick / sticks? (assuming its just the ram???)

I was having the same , every time i ran Memtest it passed, tried re-install of windows among other things, finally i ran memtest with one stick at a time and bingo i found the culprit.
RMA was pretty easy then.

Here's what happened:

76,800 errors D: thats not good i assume.

not sure how to use this to identify the stick though, since its 3184.8MB does that mean its the 3rd stick?

If all the sticks were in one pack usually you send all of them back if ones faulty,
otherwise check every one indivitually.
