here is my spec at the min but im looking at downgrading to the ud3 to save some money, however i do plan to overclock and want to make sure im not sacrificing anything here.

Also is that the cheapest memory im going to get to work well.

The machine will be used for gaming but i opted for the i5 as i often like to delve into some of the level desigining etc.

is the reason for that ram simply because its cheaper. If so ill go for it.

Also although they are cost diffrent amounts , can the ud3 4 and 5 all supports dual gfx cards aswell as allow for decent overclocking.

Glad I could help. Before you finalize your purchase make sure you checked out at least few reviews. It will let you know what to expect from the mobo. From what I've read achieving 4GHz on UD3 is fairly easy for most people so there shouldn't be any problems :)

no problem i will do. Im finding it so hard to buy, there's always somthing that costs just a little more , and is a little better, and before i know it ive doubled the original cost :P . ah thanks for your time :)

Justify your budget and think of what you need and want. Extras are just extras, goals are to be achieved :)

EDIT: forgot to mention one thing, two cards in Crossfire would work on UD3 board as 16x/4x not 8x/8x. It should be said in any reviews regarding this mobo and what the consequences are.
