good monitoring tools for memory/file access/networking

as above really need something that can display and log memory usage , file access and network usage (bandwidth used etc) of a particular process or exe , process monitor seems good and it does the file access and registry access side of thing but i need something that has the other two , a general system monitor won't do im afraid (software testing)

after much trying out of Process Explorer it doesn’t log the data very well at all saves it as a text file making it look like a mess , is there anyway for it to log data on a particular process/.exe and save it in a orderly useable function as a .csv like process monitor . will need it to log the I/o memory and cpu usage stats primarily anything else is a plus . Doesn’t have to be Process explorer btw ,

any ideas it would be a big help thanks very much in advance

Have a look at the sysinternals and wininternal sites - they used to have lots of freebies that do what you want.
