Im lookin for something new thats easy to use full of options for cropping the video frame to my liking i.e 4.3 to 16.9 or whatever i want and audio options to play the sound over all my 5.1 speakers not just what is encoded in the file i.e 2 channel into 6 channel with a easy to use equaliser for adjusting bass treble etc.
I like wmp in win 7 but theres no cropping options really and adjusting video colours, saturation, brightness, sharpness, filter to smooth low res stuff on a large monitor.
Vlc is ok but it hasnt got any real audio option to force 2 channel stuff through all my speakers of the 5.1 logitech x 530. And duno how really to adjust the audio for better speech output volume through center speaker.
Must be able to play lots of formats tho mainly avi and mkv. With ability to switch audio if it contains 2 audio tracks for language.
