The CEO of intel has finally been replaced is this a good start of the year for intel or an even better start to the year for AMD

I think he was handed a live grenade tbh. Making changes is going to take time and that is assuming that he has the freedom to make the changes that are needed. Look how long it took for AMD to switch things up with Zen and what it took behind the scenes for that to happen.
