Good none PVP games

I've got cities skylines and I enjoyed it to begin with, but then I got to the point where I had to start doing lots of reading of strategies to get past certain issues and stuff, I ended up doing more reading than playing and the game just turned into endless restarts so I gave up. Which is the reason I've never given any of the other sim games a go.

I want something I can just drop in and out of without having to watch 10 youtube vids to remind me how to play it, call me lazy but I just don't have the hours to waste on this like I used to.

Will check out some of the others, don't have a gaming rig at the minute but will throw one together over the next few weeks maybe. Plenty of time to look at some of these games.

Check out Banished.
You can play that game without ever looking at a manual. Erm, I mean website, manuals are history ;)
If you start to use mods like Colonial Charter, that's when you definitely need websites.

New game releases next Tuesday, published by Team17, called Aven Colony. Looks sort of like CS, with regards to the UI, but it's cities on different planets. Has mission mode & a sandbox mode & rumours of mods in the future.

Absolutely, I'm not Particularly great on it though I have gotten pretty far mass producing all of the research tech now just waiting to complete all research so I can dismantle the large setups.
