Good old Intel vs AMD question

Looking to build a second pc for me and my wife, we game but only PUBG, ETS2 and Fifa so don't really need anything mega...

Just looking for answers as to whether or not the Intel 10100f would be a good choice if we're unable to get a Ryzen 3100?
