Tried everything to remove it, but still have pop ups appearing in new IE windows every min,

Tried the above programs but they don't Find/stop them, or the IE pop up blocker which is always set to on.

Any more ideas ?

Use a mixture of antispyware programs. Update them then go into Safe Mode and run them.

I'd recommend AdAware2007, AVG Antispyware, Windows Defender and NOD32 AV.
