Summary : Because the ram is 1333ghz XMS the voltage is 1.5v.so i have been limited,and i am stuck with Asrock P55Pro Mobo, The results are quite pleasing for me.
Intelburntest passed on a standard test!

cpu speed = 4145
Temps stayed at high of 67 so i am pleased,though it did fail on a higher clock!

I have been getting this smell of something burning since i built this rig back in Feb.
Corsair were good enough to replace the Ram because one stick had failed the Mem test,so i suppose the Motherboard is smelling,from the previous damage purhaps!
I was about to order the new stuff mentioned above but wanted some advice,
should i stay with what i have or go for the replacement.
I have just built this for my brother in law and tested it:-
