You're looking at your CPU NB.
And that's nothing to write home about, my 1055T did 3.2GHZ.
umm, and nobdy has every passed DRAM 800 on AM3?
Edit : so what "I fancy boys" said was ture about 1600Mhz limit?
Well, i7 only officially supports 1066MHZ.
AM3 IMC's only support 1333MHZ officially. Except Thuban ran 1600MHZ kits fine.
What stress testing did you do?

but yes its hard to go much above 1600Mhz with AM3 CPU's. As martini has pointed out though you dont need to worry, as you can just use the multiplier to overclock your CPU, and leave your RAM at its rated speed.
