Good panel which isn't 'smart'

Dear experts,

In the market for a new 'TV', HD only is fine (I don't need 4k) and about 50' would be great.

I would luv the best panel I can get ('A' grade - not 'B' or 'C' as in many cheaper TV's), LED would be fine, though OLED would be super, BUT I hate so called 'smart' features.

Are there any good LED / OLED panels out there without smart features? Good colour and contrast are important for me.

I would be happy to have no tuner to be honest, just hook up a cable box and my HTPC.

Not really an odd request,

I didn't title the query 'TV', I titled it 'panel'. From Peoples knowledge, are there any approx 50 inch panels which I should look at? A panel being distinct from a TV.

Sorry if that wasn't clear.

As an example, try searching;

NEC E505 50-Inch Screen

This is a Display Panel, but I have no idea which are any good.
