good pc for a old one?

my monitor is a viewsonic XG3240C 32 inch.

on my current system (info in stig) the cpu/ram is quite old now. and when playing games like pubg, on high to ultra settings, im getting around 60-80 max fps.

not really sure what to do really :-(
