good php forums?

what are the really good programming forums except for experts exchange? are there any decent UK based ones for PHP and maybe a bit of actionscript and the like?

this forum is pretty decent but you sometimes have to wait a while for answers to the more in depth questions as is to be expected...

so... which do you all use?

Firstly, avoid in depth questions - split them in to little ones

Secondly, visit #php on Efnet!

##php on freenode (note the double #) is the most "official" of the channels, we're quite nice really if you ask sensibly in #php on quakenet.

i've never used IRC, but just installed something called Colloquy on my macbook but can't seem to get it to do anything... told it to join a server called freenode and a room called ##php and nothing happens...

also tried #php on Efnet and nothing happens there either, just says disconnected...

just google for "php forum" and pick some, you'll soon work out which are pap and which are not.

re: Sitepoint, whilst there are many technically apt people on that forum, they spend *far* too much time biccering about semantics, compared to actually getting the problem solved.
