Good podcast receiver

I've been using Juice, my first ever podcast receiver, for a few days now but it isn't very effiecient at downloading, they lock up and quit occasionlly, I like the functionality and ease of use of juice but want something better at downloading. Anyone know of any other good podcast receiver. Thanks

I shoulda said, I don't want anything relating to iTunes on my system whatsoever Is there an iTunes alternative like there is a realplayer alternative?
