None in those categories but I love the Ricky Gervais Podcast with Karl Pilkington. I went traveling around bits of Australia and that podcast kept me company. If you like Gervais check it out, if you don't, don't bother.

Security Now - Every 4 episodes they have a Q&A which is excellent - Also they did a 2 part cast where they explain how the internet works. Very interesting
