Good POP3 E-mail Clients for Win 8.1

Hi Guys

I'm after POP3 e-mail client recommendations for use on my Surface Pro 3 running Win 8.1.

I have been using Outlook 2007 but I can't make the text larger and using Windows Magnifier on a multi-monitor setup is driving me insane.

OK, that's good, I can now have larger fonts when messages are displayed in my inbox, thanks.

A lot of the e-mail body text is rather hard to read, can I do anything about that? Thanks.
