I've been with tsohost for YEARS, and I certainly wouldn't leave for a 50p discount and some private name servers.

We tend to manage our own dedicated servers, but use TSOHost's grid service for some stuff that's a bit more high traffic (recent example is a facebook app for a household name) and haven't had any troubles that weren't sorted after a quick trouble ticket. Their backup system also seems impressive. The icing on the cake will be when they have redundant clusters in geographically dispersed locations (which apparently is on the cards IIRC).
