Good PSU Choice?

I have chosen this: http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=2685 PSU to power my little rig shown in my sig, do you think it's a good choice? And how much should I be paying for one. It's to replace my poor quality Atrix one before it explodes on me!!!

Its 520W and its modular so it should power what you have with zero problems plus make cable management easy. You don't need any moe than that.

To be honest its one of those post-sale questions. I was wondering because I won in on an auction (not for sale on OCUK) for £41, seems very cheap. (well, £50 inc postage!)
