Looking for some plain black / coloured fitted t-shirts, anyone got any suggestions please? Typically get something cheap from the supermarket etc. but these all lose their shape / get holes in pretty fast, so looking for something more premium.

Thanks

What about Next?

I'm still on the search for my "perfect" t-shirt.

See my current journey here :p

I've almost given up and am close to grabbing some branded ones again from a few select small companies that have lasted years.

But might just try those John Lewis ones. M&S quality has fallen off a cliff with regards to a few other bits sadly, so i've avoided those.

River Island ts are great. They fit snug, use decent material and they do plain black or plain white

Gildan Softstyle are good, particularly the heather versions. Much better than "100% cotton" t-shirts. They are about £5 each.

Have your own printed. I got a personalised logo on a cheapo T shirt when I split up with my mrs. It said "Single, rich man looking for true love. Willing to settle for meaningless sex".

Fake gucci from ebay is the go to. If it's something a bit smarter, a gucci castoff from tk maxx. Something of upmost importance and it's real gucci with no compromises - if it's plain, make sure to leave the tags on whilst worn so people know it's gucci.

been through no end over the years (diesel, boss, river island, next you name it). I highly recommend these

they are slightly slim fit, but not skin tight. They have a decent length, neck line doesn't drop too low like some (unless that's the look you are going for), and most important they don't shrink/change shape in the wash

ordered this morning after reading your post and arrived 5 mins ago. Really nice fit. good call

I was just about to recommend them too. I've been using them daily for work. No issues at all, already bought a second set of them.

Anyone tried “True Classic”? I keep getting spammed with adverts from them.

£29 per shirt* seems a bit ridiculous unless they’re the worlds best tees.

*they do a 6 or 9 pack that brings the cost down to £20/£17 per tee, but then you’re spending over £100 on t-shirts…
