In getting kinda sick of the crappy USB cables does anyone know of any decent well made micro usb2 and micro USB 3 cables. Does anyone make some good braided ones instead of thick rubber coating so they're a bit more flexible,

Haha I'm not talking about mystical ludicrously expensive "zomg ultra fast" things I just mean nice build quality and highly flexible

Also interested tbh, loads of mine always break.

I even bought a 'braided high quality' generic one from amazon which broke quite quickly :(

Yeah that's what I'm worried about you never really know till you use them so hoped someone had already done this

I've got some FRiEQ ones I bought a few years ago that are still going strong despite plenty of hammer in my bag and being plugged into a multitude of devices.

Usually thick rubber means something. This something is protection against bending which leads (bending) to microdamages in wiring inside. More flexible cable is = theoretically faster might get damaged. Instead of buiyng better quality cables just make sure cables are fairly manufactured (50%) and you use them quite straight way (50%) = not bendind too much here and there. Everyone probably knows how hard is sometimes put USB cables into USB sockets located on the top of casing which seats in the desk and is almost covered from the top side by another small shelf.... so repeating this 100x times and cable is done.

Yeah these are for cables that get dragged all over the place with me shoved in bags etc where a bit more flexibility and decent manufacturing quality comes in handy.

By better quality (why the lol?) I don't mean I expect them to be faster or any suit like that just well made .

But knowing what's well made and what isn't is kinda impossible buying on line hence asking what people's experiences are

I have a fair few anker ones and they have lasted very well imo. They are just boring black but they have travelled with me for 2 years all over Europe and dubai.
