Good quota management software?

What quota management software is considered excellent at the moment?

I need a solution for a small company (300 users) where I'd be able to set quota permissions on a group, folder and user basis.

I've been looking at the Symantec and Northen packages at the moment. What are others thoughts on these? Are there any better (cheaper) ones that I should consider.

It's for a Windows 2003 domain - unfortunately 08 is not an option at the emoment.
