Good racing game?

I want to get into a good racing game. Is there any F1 game coming out soon as good as the on on PS3 which graphics look real?

hhhmmmm F1 games for the PC thats a tough one. I think the best that can be done is GP4 all modded up, no easy task to get working right aparently. There is a thread about it somewhere.

nope, they have an abundance of racing games yes, but as for sim racing they cant touch the PC .. free mods will always keep the best racing sims on PC, grand prix 4 fully updated with new liveries,tracks and gfx is still simply amazing

sure F1 on the ps3 looks nice and fast but for realism and longevity it falls well short of the mark

it really depends on whether you want flashy gfx over true playability, rFactor LFS, Grand Prix 4 or Race 07 are the driving sims to buy

For Modern F1, you want rFactor as already mentioned. As far as mods go, you want either the CDTP2005 mod (old skins, but a fantastic professional standard mod), or the FSONE 2006 mod. I believe there are 2007 car liveries available - excellent ones at that - and most of this years tracks are available to download too.
