Good racing games for PC

Hi guys, im looking for a racing game for pc but as far as i can see there are not many good choices. im looking for something as close to gran turismo or forza motorsport as possible. with real cars, and be able to tune and customize them. but not the need for speed series as thats far to chavy. i dont wanna race on streets.

any ideas guys?

I have just started to get into racing games and I have Iracing Dirt3 and a lot more. But C.A.R.S is the most fun for me Iracing is good and the ffb on my gaming wheel is great, but you don't get that many cars and tracks to play around with.

Dirt 2-3 + Grid is good fun with the xbox controller. And you can use a xbox controller on Project Cars.
